County attorney says he will not pursue charges against Bryan city councilman

It does not appear that prosecutors will take any action with regards to a police report from April 20 in which the wife of a Bryan city councilmember said she had been assaulted more than once by her husband.


Police say a Bryan man facing arson charges is also accused of aggravated sexual assault of a child.


A group of educators from Hearne ISD were recently chosen to attend a learning program at Harvard this summer.


One hundred and sixty Confederate Flags were stolen from the Bryan City Cemetery. Now authorities are on the lookout for those responsible.
