From ship to ship, Texas A&M conservationists restore history

For nearly two decades, Texas A&M archaeologists have been working to restore an iconic ship wrecked long ago. It's history revealed one layer of grime at a time.


Despite needing repairs that require an emergency contractor, all lanes of the Briarcrest overpass over Highway 6 in Bryan have been reopened.


A report of a stolen truck in Bryan ended with heavy police presence at a flea market in south Brazos County Friday night.
