AGGIE GAMEDAY

The only College Football Pre-game Show in the State of Texas to receive multiple National Telly Awards for Excellence in Broadcasting will broadcast live from Kyle Field at the KBTX Broadcast Center in the heart of the Aggie Fan Zone before the Fightin’ Texas Aggies hit the field. Aggie Gameday, an hour-long LIVE television pre-game show, airs on KBTX and will be streamed live at www.kbtx.com.

Join the award-winning News 3 Sports Team: Darryl Bruffett, Cody Coil, and John Wilson as they fill you in on what’s happening around the Big XII and what to look for this season. Alex Villarreal will be out and about with live interviews from fans and other Aggies in town for Game Day. Former Aggie stand-out and NFL player Boone Stutz adds insight and analysis. KBTX Chief Meteorologist Bob French will be live from the playing field with Game Day weather.

The show is full of player features and segments like the “Opening Drive” featuring the game’s key match-ups and a game overview. “In the Zone” features a high profile personality or events involving Aggie Athletics, and the “Two Minute Warning,” an on-set “point/counterpoint” with an Aggie fan and a fan of the opposing team.

Also, each week prior to Aggie Gameday, a LIVE simulcast of the Aggie Fan Zone Radio Show will be on CW Texas and starts three hours prior to kick-off.

Available at the KBTX Broadcast Center is the collectible, all-new 2011 version of the “Howdy Button”.

KBTX-News 3 is designated as Texas A&M’s Official Aggie Sports Station.
