Wednesday's Child

I am thrilled to be a part of a brand new segment at KBTX Media called “Wednesday’s Child”. Television stations across the country participate in “Wednesday’s Child”, to help find permanent, loving adoptive families for children in foster care. We are working closely with Voices For Children, Inc., CASA of Brazos Valley to make this possible in our area.

After airing our first “Wednesday’s Child” segment, I was so excited to receive such positive feedback. I received several emails from adoptive parents who were glad to see we were starting the segment because adoption had changed their lives. I also heard from several couples who said after watching the stories, are now considering adoption. What a great feeling! I’m hopeful through “Wednesday’s Child, some really great kids will find their forever families.

Be sure to watch “Wednesday’s Child” on the first Wednesday of each month during 10 at Ten.  Also, you can read the profiles at kbtx.com/wednesdayschild

Please let me know if you have any questions about adoption. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.

Until next time…

Crystal
