Thanks to local bargain hunters I've been able to compile a list for you of some of the best money saving websites. I know there are a lot more out there, but I've found all of these to be very useful. I'd love to hear what websites you are using to save money. Feel free to send them my way, that way I can share them with other super savers. This is a website dedicated to CVS fans. It has the latest deals and bargains. It also tells you which manufacturers or printed coupons to use on certain items. Believe me, the people that post to these sites are amazing shoppers. They definitely inspire me. I recently checked out this website before my CVS shopping trip and walked away with four cans of Campbell's tomato soup for free! You can't beat that deal. Walgreens also has its fans. This website has the latest steals at your local pharmacy. The latest post is from a shopper who made an $11 profit. Wow, I have a lot of learning to do. Click on the deal forums for coupons to your favorite restaurants and retail stores. I recently snagged a buy one entree get one free coupon for T.G.I. Fridays. http://www.southernsavers.com/ If you shop Kroger, check out this website. It will tell you the deals at Kroger for the week, and it will tell you which coupons to use on certain items. It's kind of like The Grocery Game, but it's free. http://attentiontargetshoppers.blogspot.com/ If you shop Target, you'll want to check out this website. It will tell you the deals for the week. You can find some really great deals on groceries at Target. I've recently tried it out and snagged a few items for free. Since starting the Saving You Money segment, I've really become addicted to coupons. For example, my dinner Tuesday night cost me only $1.18. I signed up for Schlotzsky's fan club on their website. Just for signing up, they give you a coupon for a free small original sandwich. The $1.18 was for baked chips. Here's the fun part. My receipt had another coupon attached for another free sandwich. So, I'll know what I'll be eating for dinner soon! More tips to come. In the meantime, Happy Saving! Meredith

| Big 12 Break Up? Dejavu All Over Again? Reminds Me of The SWC - 1 Comments Posted |
| For the last few days I've heard lots of moaning about the coming break up of the Big 12. To those resisting change I've been using all those phrases that deal with change like: "All good things must come to an end." "Change is inevitable." " We must embrace change". (Read Blog) |
| Defining Moments For Us All - 1 Comments Posted |
| Throughout everyone of our lives there are traumatic moments we will never forget. I call them defining moments. Some are personal, some we share with our friends, families, our community or our world. For my parents it was the assassination of President John F Kennedy and when man walked on the moon.
