I really think it is time that College Station put the David Romei incident to rest. You would think that is all they have to talk about. Frankly I am tired of hearing about it. It made the news now let it go. All it does is keep it all festering like a sore. It is done and over so move on. Posted by: Rhonda Location: Huntsville If you ask me, there was way too much coverage on the P David Romei matter. I could have cared less about his trial when there are other things like the economy crisis and terrorist attacks in India going on that effect more of the people in KBTX's audience. I just don't understand why so much time was committed to Mr. Romei and his trial. I'm sure it was a big deal to the folks in the Bryan/College Station area, but not to the rest of us. Posted by: Steve Location: College Station I am glad they got the darn liberal. Those involved in the arts are usually elitist and pro-abortion anyways! Posted by: Robert Location: Bryan How did Dr. Romei take the verdict? Posted by: justwondering Rumors are, that one of the jurors was no other than Patrick Meese's sister. Does anyone know if this is true? PDR should not be treated any differently than anyone else who commits a crime. He should have to serve his jail time, maybe he will have a lot of time to think about keeping his bank accounts balanced. Posted by: Anonymous Location: anonymous Why don't each of you, look and worry about your own lives and what you make of them. If i am not mistaking in the bible it says to not judge. Seems to me that is all you guys obviously have time for. GET A LIFE!!! David is a wonderful person inside and out. God doesn't judge so neither should you! Posted by: CEAg78 Location: College Station just wondering: I have rheumatoid arthritis and I take a drug that costs over $1000 per month w/out ins. LOTS of drugs cost $375 if not covered by ins. Posted by: Ron Location: Bryan Whether PDR is found guilty or not, the name should be OFF of the building. Padric has NEVER been secretive about ANYTHING, unlike the former director. He should have to repay all the money he stole and GO TO JAIL. Posted by: just wondering Location: Bryan What kind of medication was he on to cost $1500.00 for four prescriptions.??/ Posted by: kevin Location: bryan who cares isnt their much bigger and more important news going on Posted by: Curious Location: College Station I guess if you have dental work done and label it outdoor sculpture, whenever you speak you call it ART. Posted by: shrdlu Location: College Station You're dropping that bomb of testimony and scurrying off on break? Get back here and do some 'splaining! Posted by: Curious Location: CS There was NO brochure of all the pieces of art. It was a brochure of tribute to PDAVID himself with some postage stamp size photos of art. Posted by: Frankie Sebesta Location: College Station, Texas I think if David Romei is convicted, then he should experience the consequences of his actions just as any other guilty person of a crime. Quit playing favortism. |

| Post Concert: Thoughts From A Middle Aged Father/Rocker - 1 Comments Posted |
| It’s been a month since I have written about my upcoming AC/DC concert with my 14 year old son Geoffrey. I had a real hard time getting tickets for the sold out event. Three different times in the final 12 hours my “deals” fell through. My alternative was to hit the concert and the ticket scalpers at the last minute. (Read Blog) |
