Scattered Strong Storms Possible Monday Afternoon

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible Monday afternoon across the Brazos Valley.  A frontal boundary in Central Texas will serve as the focal point for storm development. Rain chances have been increased to 50%, with higher chances north of Bryan/College Station.

Storms that develop won't move too fast -- so locally heavy rain will be possible where it does rain.  Gusty winds and frequent lightning will also be possible in any storms that do develop.

Check out Doppler 3 online for the latest radar images.
