22-year-old Bradley Welch was stopped by Texas Department of Safety Troopers after investigators with Bryan Police observed him drive away from his duplex Saturday afternoon.

Welch was arrested twice in July and August of 2010 for Driving While Intoxicated. His previous mugshots, as well as his most recent are attached to this story in the slide show.

Bradley Welch served 6 months in state jail after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana. He was released in January for time served/good behavior.

The ecstasy charges were dismissed.

A College Station man is still in jail Monday night, accused of being a drug dealer after police found drugs, money and guns in his home.

22-year-old Bradley Welch is being held under $45,000 bond Monday after police say he had the ingredients to make almost a thousand ecstasy pills and more than a pound of pot in his duplex on Cooner Street.

Neighbors on the street had no idea this activity was happening.

"One of my roommates was out of town all weekend and me and my other roommate were watching the game somewhere so I had no idea," said Hayley Citro.

From her driveway, all that separates Citro from the duplex of Bradley Welch is a white picket fence.

"I just thought it was a family oriented neighborhood, but I guess there was other things going on," shared Citro.

According to Bryan Police, 22-year-old Welch was selling marijuana and ecstasy. Two months of investigations landed them a search warrant for his duplex. Inside they found a Mossberg 12 gauge modified shotgun, a Glock model 17 9mm handgun, $980.00 in cash, 260 grams of hydroponic marijuana and 700 grams of ecstasy in powder form.

"This is definitely a big arrest," said Officer Jon Agnew with the Bryan Police Department.

"Obviously, its coming from somewhere. That's something that the investigators are concerned about," Agnew continued.

Cooner Street is a pretty busy street off Texas Avenue and investigators call the drug bust there a pretty good find. Nearly a kilo of ecstasy off the street and a drug dealer behind bars. But, we had to ask, will this drug arrest lead to any others?

"Anytime you're dealing with drugs coming in and out of the city it's always a possibility that it's going to be connected to some other kind of case," said Agnew.

Welch is in the Brazos County Jail. While that's reassuring to Hayley, she's still worried.

"I don't want sketchy people coming in and out of here all the time. It's a little scary," said Citro.

The eviction notice on the door means even when Welch gets out of jail, he won't be living on Cooner Street anymore.

There were two other men in the car with Welch when he was arrested. They were released after answering investigator's questions.
