Bryan Man Arrested After Cussing, Screaming in Social Security Office

Updated: Thu 6:53 PM, Mar 08, 2012

A Bryan man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after police say he started cursing and screaming at employees at the local U.S. Social Security office.

Bryan Police officers were called to the 2100 block of Briargate after workers in the office say 54-year-old Gary Talley became irate.

The arrest report says that Talley was talking with an employee when he started getting loud. A security guard asked him to leave the office. That's when, police say, Talley said he wasn't leaving and that employees should give him his "[expletive deleted] checks."

Talley kept cursing at the guard and employees, saying that he was going to "sue all you [expletive deleted]" and that he would "beat the [expletive deleted] out of" all the employees as well.

After being asked repeatedly to leave, Talley then started to shove against the security guard. The guard took him to the ground and put him in handcuffs.

Talley is charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct because of his language and assault by physical contact. He's in the Brazos County Jail under $2,700 bond.
