33-year-old Khalid Asu Sabur is in jail after being arrested Monday for taking inappropriate pictures of a woman.

According to the arrest report, Sabur allegedly walked up behind a woman inside the Hobby Lobby in College Station and took a picture underneath her skirt with his cell phone.

The woman reported the incident to the store's manager, who called cops. When officers arrived, they saw Sabur leaving the store. Officers confronted Sabur, according to the arrest report, and asked him if he had a camera on him. He said he didn't, then took out his cell phone. The officer asked Sabur if his phone had a camera. Sabur said it didn't. The store manager and an employee then approached the officer to inform him that Sabur appeared to be deleting images from the phone.

According to police, Sabur said he was trying to call his wife, but never placed the phone next to his ear. The officer asked for Sabur's phone, and was ignored. According to the police report, the officer believed Sabur was deleting photos off the phone. The officer tried to take the phone away from him, but he resisted. A struggled ensued. Other officers with CSPD arrived on the scene and helped gain control of the phone and Sabur.

While in custody, Sabur asked to use the phone and said the phone only had photos of "his girl." He gave officers the unlock code. Officers found a video of the woman on the phone that showed her underwear.

Sabur was arrested for invading privacy by electronic means, knowingly trying to destroy evidence and resisting arrest. He is in the Brazos County Jail under $450,000.

Monday's arrest isn't Sabur's first run-in with law enforcement. He was arrested in 2007 and 2008 for indecent exposure and spent four months in jail for a sexual assault in 2002. He's been arrested for theft in 2003, fleeing an officer in 2011 and manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone in September.
