UPDATE: College Station Utilities reports that all power has been restored. Crews say a downed line was responsible. The line was repaired.

College Station Utilities says the power is out for homes and businesses near the Spring Loop and University Drive area Friday, outages on and off since about 3:40 this morning.
Currently there are approximately 1500 customers without power in the Scott & White area on University, another feeder that is out is causing an outage in the Tarrow and Lincoln area, and includes College Hills Elementary School. Crews are working diligently to get these problems resolved.
CSU says they have crews out trying to determine what caused the outage.
