Bryan Ever wonder what you want to be when you grow up? Well, May 22, 2013, Brazos Valley high school juniors and seniors will attend the 2013 HYPE, Helping Youth Prepare for Employment, Career Expo at the Brazos Expo Center to find out. They will be networking with over 65 local industry leaders in the fields of energy, health care, government, manufacturing, construction, education and retail.
The students attending will soon be going on to a university/and or community colleges; attending technical certificate programs or directly entering the workforce after graduation. Students will get in-depth information on careers in local high growth industries. They’ll find out the education requirements they’ll need as well as specific skills requirements; internships opportunities; and application processes.
