Choking Hazard Prompts Build-A-Bear Recall

Build-A-Bear is recalling one of it's Teddy Bears due to a possible choking hazard.

It was found that the eyes on the "Colorful Hearts" Teddy Bear could come loose and fall out.

Consumers are asked to bring the bear back to the store, and in exchange they will receive a coupon for a new stuffed animal.
