Jay Socol with the City of College Station stopped by BVTM Thursday morning.
He talked about a new phone number for electric and water outages. That number is (855) 528-4CSU. The new number does not start until March 1st.
This new number is more reliable for customers with service issues and will allow CSU to respond more efficiently.
Additional information will soon be available at cstx.gov.
