Healthy habits for women are sometimes hard to keep up with, but keeping them in mind could save you from trouble down the line.
Dr. Carmen Ramirez with the Texas A&M Health Science Center made an Early Morning House Call to Brazos Valley This Morning to discuss that topic.
A healthy diet and healthy weight, along with watching out for depression and eliminating risks to health like smoking and high blood pressure were discussed by Dr. Ramirez.
