The George Bush Presidential Library Foundation welcomes Former Commerce Secretary Barbara Franklin on February 11.
Franklin will be speaking on the role of women in the government.
During the Richard Nixon administration, she was in charge of increasing the number of women who were in senior or leadership positions.
Call the foundation for tickets to the event that is free and open to the public.
The library is also getting ready for Presidents Day, which falls on Monday, February 17th.
The George Bush Library will host a community event on Saturday, February 15 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
