With a new year, comes new resolutions. The perennial personal improvement list always includes things like "getting fit." So BVTM is here to help you tackle those vague goals.

Thursday, Jill Handy with Aggieland Fitness Dome stopped by to talk about breaking down the getting fit resolution. She said that getting fit is more of a lifetime goal than just for one year. Handy suggested breaking down the resolution into smaller check points. For example, lose 10 pounds, get into those old pair of jeans, wear a bikini.

Jill brought instructor Anne Turner along and showed Michael some of the poses they do each week in the Group Centergy class.
