Dr. Fran Kimbrough stopped by BVTM Tuesday morning to talk about reducing stress in your life in 2013.
Her advice is simple, but she says it can be very effective. Remember back to what made you happy as a kid and do that activity again. Make a list of all your stress and slowly work your way through the list.
Above all, Kimbrough said to try and be alone. Quiet time with yourself can be refreshing.
