Post Oak Mall is keeping renovation update online, visit their website.

It's where many people go to shop for friends and family, now Post Oak Mall is getting a facelift.

Thursday officials unveiled the new look for Post Oak Mall. It features more seating inside and new marquees and lighting on the outside.

The multi-million dollar renovation will completely change the look and feel for the shopping mall and managers say this overhaul is long over due.

"I think had the economy not gone so soft on us a few years ago you would have seen this a lot sooner," explains Post Oak Mall General Manager.

"Our company is very conservative when it comes to making large cash outlays on projects like this. We want to make sure it's right for the community and right for our company as well."

Construction should start on April 1st. Mall managers expect the renovations to be finished before the holiday shopping season.
