TX-TF1 Waiting on Daylight to Start Rescue Operations

Charlie McDermott with FEMA is embedded with Texas Task Force 1 in Louisiana and spoke with Brazos Valley This Morning Wednesday about the next 24 hours as Hurricane Isaac makes a second landfall.

He said the search and rescue group was station in Alexandria, Louisiana waiting for sunrise to see how much damage Isaac had caused.
