Flora Williams with the Texas A&M Agrilife Extension stopped by BVTM Wednesday morning to talk about a few upcoming events.
She spoke about the Food Manager Certification, which is a two day course. The certification is good for five years nationwide.
The two day course is being offered in Brazos County on October 22nd and 23rd. For more information on the courses, visit foodsafety.tamu.edu
Flora also spoke Wednesday about Walk Across Texas.
It is a free 8 week program designed to help Texans establish a habit of regular activity.
