Our fourth installment of Trips on a Tank takes us to the Franklin Drive-Thru Safari in Franklin.
It's a place where you'll get to see animals that are not native to our area - things like camels, zebras, albino snakes and ostriches.
If you'd like, you can get very up close and personal with them - as you drive through the safari in your own car, if you roll down the windows, the animals are not shy. They'll stick their heads as far inside your car as you'll let them.
There is also a petting zoo, where the littlest members of your family can touch some much smaller, tamer animals such as goats and hogs.
The Franklin Safari is open 7 days a week from 9am until whenever it gets dark.
Tickets are $8 per person, and kids under 2 get in for free.
