Ingredients
6 golden delicious apples, 3/4 “ dice
½ cup craisins
2 T sugar
2 T brown sugar
Crumble topping:
½ cup butter, room temp
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups flour
Mix all together with hands until well blended and crumbly “like peas and sand”
Directions
Butter 9x 9 baking dish, add apples, craisins and sugar. Top with crumble mix. Bake at 375/F until apples are bubbly (about 35min- 40 min). Sprinkle brown sugar and brown for 5 minutes more. Serve with custard or whipped cream.
