Summer Garden Couscous

Ingredients

4 cups cooked cous-cous (follow package instructions)
¼ cup diced of each:
• Diced red onion
• Carrots
• Celery
• Red bell pepper
• Yellow bell pepper
• Tomato
• Cucumber
• Green onion

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except almonds, well in large bowl. Add toasted almonds just before serving. Serve!
