1 ½ lbs diced, fresh, ripe mango
¾ cup sugar
1 ½ cups milk
Combine above ingredients in blender.
Next step is to “bloom gelatin”. Mix 1 cup of mango mix in 1 ½ cups cold water. Add 6 gelatin sheets to this mixture – stirring in. Melt mixture over medium heat, then add back in to blender with remaining mango mixture. Blend.
Pour into serving cups and refrigerate. Serve cold with whipped topping of your choice.
