Banoffi Pie


3 cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
3 ea Sliced Bananas
1 10" Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings (grated to cover)


Place unopened cans of milk in sauce pan and fill with water until water rises to ¾ the height of the cans.

Simmer 1½ hours on each side (total of 3 hours).

Be careful not to let the water evaporate.

Keep adding water to maintain the appropriate level.

Do not attempt this with children in the home. Be careful as faulty cans could explode.

Let cans cool to room temperature (approximately 1 hour).

Open cans carefully and pour into pie shell.

Place Bananas all over. Cool in refrigerator.

Top with whipped cream.

Dust with chocolate shavings before serving.

Cut and garnish with a caramel sauce and fresh banana slices.
