Thinly Sliced Cured Ham
Gruyere Cheese - grated
Prepare cookie sheet for bread by buttering area where toast will be placed. Place toast on buttered area. Spread Dijon mustard on bread, top with thinly sliced cured ham. Over this, spread a layer of béchamel sauce and top with grated gruyere cheese. Place cookie sheet in oven to broil until cheese is melted and browned.
