BRYAN - Six people are injured in a head-on collision.
It happened just before 4:00 p.m. at the intersection of Groesbeck and Richard Street. Police say a 2006 Ford pickup truck made a quick left turn, hitting a 2005 Chevy Tahoe head-on.
Paramedics had to use the Jaws of Life to get the driver of the Tahoe out. She was transported to St. Joseph Regional Health Center for non-life threatening injuries. Her five passengers, ages 63, 3, 4, 8, and 12, were also taken to St. Joe’s where they were treated and released for minor injuries.
Neither of the people in the pickup were injured.
