We are hiring an experienced Automotive Product Specialist/BDC Representative with strong customer service experience who is energetic, methodical and organized to interact with Allen Honda’s customers and staff. We have broken ground on our brand new dealership, which will have a state-of-the-art Dealership Location soon! We are growing, and Now is the time to join our Team! Qualified Applicants will undergo a telephone interview.

Qualifications:

• High-School Diploma or Equivalent

• Maintain a Professional Appearance, Demeanor & Presence, as You are the Initial Face of the Dealership for Our Guests

• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

• Ability to Efficiently Multi-Task in a Calm, Pleasant Manner

• Ability to Follow Instructions

• Must Work Well with the Public

• Eager to Join a Team Focused on Quality, and Priority Focus on Customer & Staff Retention/Development

• Punctual with Solid Time-Management Skills

• Strong Sales Skills

• Ability to Uphold the Highest Ethical Standards & Business Practices

Responsibilities:



• Contact customers regarding sales, recalls, recommended work service specials, etc.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion by phone and email.

• Follow the established dealership culture of providing a welcoming, positive environment for our Customers by Extending Every Possible Courtesy (Warm greetings, opening doors, assessing for additional needs)

• Collaborate & Interact with All Departments in a Professional & Efficient Manner

• Remain Familiar with Current Advertised Specials, Recalls and Sales Procedures

• Maintain a Professional Appearance

• Attend Meetings & Complete Required Training as Needed

• Maintain the Confidentiality of Customer & Company Information at All Times

• Assist customers in understanding and locating product information resources
