The Chamber's annual delegation trip to Washington D.C. kicked off Monday with a discussion on many topics in the nation's capitol.

Congressman Bill Flores (R-17) took questions on college grants and loans, including those for veterans.

This year, the BCS Chamber is teaming up with the Waco Chamber of Commerce where the two have common goals.

"Kind of like bringing in reinforcements," said Glen Brewer, BCSCOC president and CEO. "We were doing it first, but now they're going to come and they're going to bring their issues. Possibly we can work together. Two different people asking for the same thing. probably will have more impact."
