Bryan man facing charges in two separate homicide cases

BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX)- A Bryan man already facing murder charges is now being accused of another homicide.

Brandon Damon Reed, 31, was arraigned in a Brazos County courtroom Thursday for the 2015 murder of Broderick Turner.

Police say Turner was gunned down around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 21st in the 600 block of W. 16th Street in Bryan.

Reed is also facing murder charges for the shooting death of man at an apartment complex in Bryan in April 2016.

Police say Reed and two other men were at the April Court Townhomes on Carter Creek Parkway when Luis Enrique Ibarra, 26, was murdered.

Neighbors said they heard someone yelling about money before the shots were fired.

Motives for both murders have not been made public, but Reed is booked in the Brazos County jail and is facing several charges including murder, aggravated robbery and possession of illegal narcotics.
