BRYAN, Tex. (KBTX) Crockett Elementary is having their yearly mobile library for children in the surrounding community.

Kids can check out several books to read and then return them every Wednesday except July 4 from June 13 through August 1 at the following locations:
• Timberlake Mobile Home Park: 11-11:50 a.m.
• Saddlewood Apartments: 12-12:40 a.m.
• Crockett Elementary Playground: 12:45-1:30 a.m.

Polly Wilson who is a teacher at Crockett Elementary founded the program and hopes children continue reading throughout the summer and continue to learn.

"We just want them to be able to have something to read. We felt like if we brought it to them that their chances of getting books and reading books is way better," said Wilson.
