First responders in Florida may soon be starring in their own calendar after a few hunky pictures posted online garner the heroes a fervent following.

It started with a facebook post that featured three Gainesville officers preparing for duty. The post created its own storm after women began inquiring about their relationship statuses. Gainesville officials are now planning a calendar of the department's finest. Proceeds will go to benefit hurricane recovery efforts.

Los Angeles lit up to laud the Olympics. The display was in anticipation of the city's official 2028 hosting announcement by the International Olympics Committee. Nearly fifty Los Angeles landmarks were glowing in the 2028 games' colors. The announcement marks the return of the games after more than thirty years. Los Angeles last hosted the Olympics in 1984.
