Focus at Four: What to do if you can't reach 9-1-1

For a few hours on Wednesday evening, AT&T customers could not call 9-1-1. The problem was resolved around 9:30 p.m.

So far, AT&T has only reported that they are seriously investigating the issue.

In the wake of this incident, Patrick Corley, executive director of Brazos County 9-1-1, joined First News at Four to discuss how else you can reach emergency services immediately.

During the AT&T 9-1-1 outage, Corley's office redirected people in need to these lines:

* (979)-764-3600 in the City of College Station
* (979)-361-3888 in the City of Bryan and rural Brazos County.
