Four Texas congressmen voted against the Harvey relief bill last week, but Alana Rocha at the Texas Tribune doesn't think there will be much political fallout for them.
"They weren't against the relief. They were against raising the debt ceiling without a clear path to reducing the deficit," said Rocha.
She says their constituents weren't directly impacted, so they likely won't see much backlash.
