COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (KBTX) - Most moms have their hands full and they often end up putting their needs last.
There's a group in town that's designed specifically to provide a community and fitness classes for busy moms.
FIT4MOM Bryan College Station meets five days a week and offers two types of classes.
Stroller Strides is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms to get a full-body workout with their babe(s) in tow.
Body Back is an eight week class designed for moms who are ready to take their fitness to the next level. You must be at least six months postpartum to participate in this class.
They also have a mom's night out program and field trips for the kids.
"The moms come into it ready to find community and ready to get back into shape, but they stay for the community and for the life long friends that they make and their kids grow up together and see each other every single day and their kids make good friends," explained Jennifer Mullins, owner of FIT4MOM Bryan College Station.
Stroller Strides is offered Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. Body Back is offered at 6:15 a.m. on Tuesdays and at 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
