Several accidents force road closures across BCS

BRAZOS COUNTY, Tex. (KBTX) - Several accidents across Bryan and College Station forced officials to close down multiple intersections Wednesday morning.

Around 7:45 a.m. police in College Station responded to an accident at the intersection of Harvey Mitchell Parkway and F&B Road. According to our reporter on scene, a white car rear-ended a red SUV. No word yet on injuries.

Then just after 8 a.m. a pair of accidents forced parts of 29th Street in Bryan and Harvey Road in College Station to shut down.

In Bryan, a silver SUV and a white truck collided at E. 29th Street and Villa Maria. One person was removed from one of the vehicles and placed on a stretcher.

Over in College Station, an accident at the intersection of Harvey Road and George Bush Drive E forced a closure in front of the Fuddruckers restaurant.
