DALLAS, Tex. (ESPN) - According to ESPN, sources say Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo, is leaving football and going to pursue a career in broadcasting.
The news came down early Tuesday morning, courtesy of ESPN reporters Todd Archer and Adam Schefter.
Sources say Romo was expected to be released by the Cowboys on Tuesday.
Romo reportedly already has interest from CBS, FOX, and NBC.
The 36-year-old's decision came down to his health, per sources close to the situation.
