APRIL 20th, 2017 -- After a string of warm & humid days in the Brazos Valley, a cold front is scheduled to reach the area just in time to cool down weekend plans.
As north to northwesterly winds turn back in, a chance for rain and thunderstorms is expected to start our Saturday morning off.
Worried about early plans? Events? Garage sales?
Don't be. That rain chance is quick -- 2am to 9am -- along with iffy (at best). 30% chance for a passing round of rain to an isolated thunderstorm leading in that cooler air.
If you are planning on being out early, you may want to take a jacket with you. Temperatures are expected to fall to the upper 50s / low 60s before rebounding back to the low 70s Saturday afternoon (assuming sunshine breaks between the clouds as planned).

Morning, upper 40s are likely for many Sunday before sunshine warms the afternoon to the comfortable low 70s to wrap up the weekend.
Enjoy it / don't squander this comfortable weather -- humidity and warmer temperatures return by mid-next week.
