Peggy Ann Campise, 61, of Bryan earned her wings on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Funeral Services are set for 10AM Wednesday, January 3, in Saint Anthony's Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Tuesday, January 2 with a 6PM Rosary in the Chapel of Trevino-Smith Funeral Home.

Born May 29, 1956 in Kankakee, Illinois she was the daughter of Frank A. and Jean (Hartman) Clark. Peggy loved spending time with her children, and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and caring for her animals. She had a kind heart and always helped those in need. She was a true friend who will be missed by many. Peggy looked forward to Christmas her favorite holiday, she enjoyed ringing the bell for the Salvation Army and did so for 21 years. Her favorite saying was "Two Bells Are Better Than One And Every Penny Adds Up To A Dollar." There are no words to say how much she was loved, and will be missed as a daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her father; husband of 37 years, Anthony Campise Sr.; a granddaughter, Michelle Soler; and one brother, Lane Edward Clark.

Peggy leaves behind to cherish her memories, her mother, Jean Clark; one son, Anthony Campise Jr. of Bryan; three daughters, Rose Campise Soler of Bryan, Amanda Campise of Hearne, and Mary Campise of Bryan; one brother, Ola E. Clark of Hearne; four sisters, Francis Dickman of Hearne, Rosalee Hunt of Continental, Ohio, Mary Clark Bustos of San Antonio, and Cathy Doyle Wickesser of Hearne; twelve grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
