"I feel pretty prepared. We've been working hard outside like for the past month or so. And I feel like I'm ready to just go ahead and take the win home," said Pharms.

"We're in a very good spot. We're going in ranked 8th in the 4 by 1 in the state meet against cats we've already ran against and know that we can beat. We're going in ranked 6th in the 4 by 4 so you know we've got speed on this end. Durability. So you know we're going in competitive," added Madison.

The Brazos Valley World Class Sprinters will leave for the meet on Friday. The prelims are Saturday and the group hopes to run for gold on Sunday.
