Texas A&M’s women’s basketball team opens the 2017-18 season by hosting Houston on Friday, November 10 at 7 p.m., in the first round of the Preseason WNIT. The game is a part of Military Appreciation Weekend, with ticket specials for active duty and retired military and first responders.

Active duty and retired military and first responder personnel can go to 12thMan.com/military to reserve two free tickets to Friday’s women’s basketball game. Additional tickets are available for $3 (general admission) or $8 (reserved).
300 LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS WITH PATROTIC A&M LOGO
The first 300 fans in attendance at Friday’s game receive a long-sleeve shirt with a patriotic Texas A&M logo on it.
SINGING CADETS TO PERFORM NATIONAL ANTHEM
Texas A&M’s famed Singing Cadets will perform the Star Spangled Banner prior to Friday’s game.
This game is the home and season opener for the 2017-18 women's basketball season. The Aggies are 39-4 in home openers all-time and 30-13 in season openers.
This is a first round game in the 2017 Preseason WNIT. The winner of this game faces Louisiana-Lafayette or New Orleans on Sunday in the quarterfinal round.
KIDS COURT OPEN
Prior to the game children are invited to in "Kid's Court" inside the women's practice gym from 6 to 7 p.m. Kids will have the chance to shoot baskets on the women's practice floor pre-game.
Kids and parents can access "Kid's Court" by entering the Cox-McFerrin Center for Aggie Basketball from the arena concourse behind Section 121 and following the signage for "Kid's Court"
STUDENTS GET IN FREE WITH SPORTS PASS
Students with a 12th Man Sports Pass receive free admission to all home regular season Texas A&M Women's Basketball games. Present your student ID at the north entrance of Reed Arena to be admitted to the game. Tickets are available for students without a 12th Man Sports pass for $4 at ticket windows.
