Whitehouse ends Consol's season in first round of playoffs

FAIRFIELD, Texas (KBTX) -- The A&M Consolidated boys' basketball team lost to Whitehouse 55-53 Tuesday night in a Class 5A bi-district playoff game. Javier Neal gave the Wildcats a 54-53 lead late in the fourth quarter. Whitehouse would add a free throw to take a two point lead.

Consol got the ball back with 2.95 seconds left in the game. Jaylon Harrison was forced to put up a long distance shot that he almost hit that would have give the Tigers the win.

A&M Consolidated finishes the season with a record of 14-19
