"Aunt Nancy's Olive Cheese Ball", submitted by Barbara Smith, BVTM

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. bleu cheese
1 stick butter, softened
Small can chopped black olives
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Blend cream cheese, bleu cheese and butter. Stir in olives. Chill 15 minutes. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for one hour. Roll in chopped pecans and chill a bit longer. We always serve with Ritz Crackers, but feel free to use the cracker of your choice (the buttery goodness of a Ritz really works well with the buttery goodness of the cheese ball, though).
