Many of you have probably heard of the "Elf on the Shelf."
You "adopt" an elf who will report to Santa Claus each night to let him know if you've been good or bad.

The Bryan Fire Department is taking part in the Christmas tradition but with a twist. Their elf's name is Yergen and we're told he is very nice and has a great sense of humor.
