Several hundred area families will be able to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner thanks to First Baptist Church of College Station. Recently, church members distributed nearly 1,000 sacks of food and turkeys to families in our community.

The church runs a food pantry that serves many families each week. This effort was just an addition to the great work they're already doing.
