Several schools in our area have the chance to win some big bucks.
Johnson Elementary, Davila Middle School and St. Michael's Episcopal school are nominees in the Clorox Company's
"power A bright future" program.
The winning schools will win a grant worth either $25,000 or $50,000 to help fund special projects that will enhance the student's
educational development.
The students need your votes!
Just go to powerabrightfuture.com to cast your ballot for your favorite school.
If you type in Bryan in the location search it will show you all the local schools and tell you how they'd use the money.
Voting runs through December 9th. Winners will be announced in January.
