Candy 95 just received some new bling in the 25th anniversary of the National Association of Broadcasters Crystal Awards.

They were only one of ten winners who received the Crystal Radio Award.

In the past year, KNDE has helped local organizations within Bryan/College station as well as held a 16-hour broadcast in which they held a supply drive to help victims of the Joplin, Missouri tornado.

In response to winning, Candy 95 said "when people need a hand, they need more than a personalized playlist, they need a local radio station."
