Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette


1 tbsp chopped garlic
4 tbsp lemon juice of one lemon
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Herbes de France


Stir together above ingredients, then add:

1 cup Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients well and fold in:

1 ½ cups Olive Oil
6 ozs crumbled bleu cheese

Refrigerate and enjoy with your salads.
