On Tuesday, February 21, the Blinn College Board of Trustees presented the first-ever Strategic Partner Award to the City of Bryan.
Bryan Mayor Jason Bienski and Mayor Pro Tem Ann Horton accepted the award from Blinn Board President Atwood Kenjura during the Board of Trustees meeting held on Blinn’s Bryan campus. Blinn honored Bryan “for more than four decades of partnerships that enhance the educational excellence and quality of life throughout the Brazos Valley.”
The Strategic Partner Award was created to recognize the vital link between Blinn and a willing, energetic partner. Blinn College has had a presence in Bryan since 1970, and currently has more than 11,000 students enrolled at the Bryan campus.
